There are also water toys including an inflatable kayak & noodles and fishing equipment available for guest use!
The home features an open living/dining/kitchen area, cozy den with fireplace, primary bedroom with king size bed, bunk room with 2 bottom queen beds, and 2 top twin beds. With an additional pull out couch, queen sized porch swing, 2 full bathrooms, a washer & dryer - this home has everything to make a trip at the lake fun and restful! 
The driveway is large enough for multiple cars and a boat trailer. The home has an assigned boat slip on this secluded portion of the lake. In order to operate the golf cart, a liability waver must be signed.

The private boat slip is the second boat slip from the end of the boardwalk. No boats bigger than 24 ft allowed.
This home is furnished with an electric golf cart. Use of the cart can be included in the rental upon request. A signed release form is required. 
 

Community and Pool Rules for Guests:
Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am.
No Smoking Allowed.
No pets allowed unless prior permission has been given and the $150 per pet fee has been paid.
Please leave trash bins at road at all times to ensure trash pick up is not missed.
No boats bigger than 24 ft allowed.
Pool is for owner & renter use only.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool.
No running or horseplay in pool area or boardwalks.
No diving from boardwalks or docks.
No glass containers allowed.
No RVs or Campers. 
No boat or boat trailer parking in the pool parking area.
No parking along side of streets.
No loud noise, music, profanity, nudity or illegal substances.
