This beautiful home is located on Lake Martin, only 35 minutes from Auburn! The home sits on a peninsula and offers luxurious views from all angles. With the incredible view comes many outdoor living spaces to enjoy it including a fire pit with firewood included! Two screened-in porches, a large fenced-in yard, and a dock. The home sleeps up to 13 with 4 bedrooms offering king sized beds! A loft space with 5 twin beds rounds out the sleeping spaces. Entertaining is a breeze in the home with an open floor plan, large kitchen with all major appliances, a regular coffee maker and Keurig, gas grill, green egg, and multiple dens. Plenty of room for the whole family! There is also a private boat ramp located at the home.
