Style & Grace on Beach Island Trace

Everyone in my group of 9 people had nothing but rave comments about this beautful property and our stay.

From the first call I made to 360 Destinations when booking Style & Grace until after we left our vacation rental, 360 Destinations was a wonderful property/rental management company with which to book. Everyone with whom I spoke, emailed, or texted was kind, helpful, and responsive. They truly were a pleasure! The owners have done an amazing job with this home! It is not only beautiful inside, but the home is situated in a quiet cove that is absolutely lovely. Because the home is in a cove, you can freely swim, relax on floats, or play on paddle boards and in kayaks. They also have a wonderful large dock on which our family of 9 enjoyed dinner each night. Inside the home, the owners have literally thought of everything a renter may need, want, or forget and they have generously provided all these things! The kitchen is also stocked perfectly with all one may need - especially when feeding a large family every day. One of my favorite things about the kitchen is the coffee bar...and yes, they have large coffee mugs! LOVE! The home is also comfortable, pretty, relaxing, and spacious. We even had a few mishaps while we were there and both 360 Destinations and the owners were so kind, gracious, and helpful! I couldn't speak more highly of them - they truly care about their renters! We are so thankful for our stay at Style & Grace.

We had the most wonderful time during our stay at Style & Grace! Its newness and cleanliness exceeded our expectations and the unique design of not only the interiors, but the property as a whole makes for a perfect vacation! We had rented a pontoon boat and the floating dock makes docking easy and enjoyable. The kids spent hours swimming and playing right off of the dock which is just steps from the beautifully designed back patio where we could easily watch them. The beds and provided were so comfortable in every room that no one was ready to go home. We hope to get to return sometime in the future!

This house and location is perfect! Kitchen is well stocked and house and surrounding areas beautiful!! Would rent again!

This house was absolutely fabulous! It is brand new and the owners spared no expense and thought of EVERYTHING. Beautifully decorated and supplied with every item you might need. From basic spices to hairdryers to kayaks, this house has it all. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake and hope to be able to return soon.

I would highly recommend Style & Grace! It is a well appointed, new home. Everything about this place is special! Love the sleek, mid century mod decor!

Really enjoyed our stay at Style & Grace. The layout was great for our family with the older kids with friends staying on one side of the house while my wife and I had the other. Very nice area of the lake and quite neighborhood.
