This charming home will make any getaway fun, easy and enjoyable. The home features 2 bedrooms both with Queen beds and ensuite bathrooms one with double sinks and tub showers. The kitchen is well appointed with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator with icemaker, keurig with k-cups and pot option, and island with seating. The kitchen is open to the dining room with a table that seats 4 and living room with a comfy sofa that will accommodate an extra guest if needed. A washer and dryer and complementary detergent are available if you need to wash clothes during your stay. The property features a screened back porch, charcoal grill, and fire pit area perfect for nights at the lake!
Kowaliga Bay Estates offers full access to the neighborhood piers, boat launch & docks (docks are on a first-come basis), and swimming area/beach.
Wifi & Cable not available at this time.
Small Dogs (15lbs or less) considered with permission and $150 pet fee.
