High Noon at Kowaliga Bay

Cozy new cabin in The Village at Kowaliga Bay! This Pet friendly rental also has an option to rent with golf cart for convenience getting to and from the lake, clubhouse, and pool! The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community located on Lake Martin. High Noon is comfortably apointed with lake chic decor! When you aren't hanging by the pool or cruising on the lake, enjoy the outdoors on the large back deck. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin features a split floor plan with primary suite featuring a king bed on one side of the open concept plan, while the other side has a bedroom with a queen and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for overflow guests. There is a wet bar with built in ice maker- great for entertaining and a mudroom with bench and storage for lake gear. High Noon has everything you need for an active lake adventure with water toys available for your use, such as a kayak, paddleboard and lily pad for floating! Life jackets of all sizes are provided. This cabin is located only 33 miles from Auburn University making it a great gameday escape! 
Please note that the parking pad accommodates 2 cars comfortably or 3 small cars.
A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted with payment of a pet fee.

The Village at Kowaliga Bay offers easy access to the lake and has wonderful neighborhood amenities, such as: pool, clubhouse, boat slips, fitness center, boat ramp & onsite boat & trailer storage. There is a TV in the clubhouse as well. Convenient to Kowaliga Marina & Restaurant, Anchor Bay Marina, Springhouse Restaurant, Catherine's Market & Café, The Social and RedHill Kitchen & Gallery. 
This home is furnished with an electric golf cart. Use of the cart can be included in the rental upon request. A signed release form is required.
