This great ground floor condo right off 280 in Alex City is conveniently located just across from River North Marina. The condo sleeps 8 guests and has its own dedicated boat slip for use during your stay. The full kitchen with coffee maker, Keurig, ice maker & breakfast bar opens to the dining area and living area with a sliding glass door to the patio. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, sliding glass door to the patio, and its own bathroom. The first bedroom upon entering the condo features a queen size bed. Double size bunk beds are in the guest room down the hall with the capacity to sleep 4. These 2 rooms share a full hallway bathroom with a large countertop and shower/tub combo. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. No pets or smoking allowed!

The North Lake Condo Club has 2 small pools, playground, boat slip, lake & community charcoal grill area all within steps of the condo. Boat ramp on site and can be used during full pool (April-September). During winter, use the River North Marina.
