Firefly Cottage

Built in 2023, this charming cottage features two-bedrooms and two-bathrooms. It also has a bunk bed alcove just off one of the bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper. All in total, the home sleeps 8. There is a fully stocked kitchen and a TV mounted over the wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and a TV in each bedroom. Enjoy the pond view while relaxing on the porch!
This is a lake-access cabin. The lake is about 150-200 yards from the cabin. However, it is also situated on a small fishing pond.
There is still some construction taking place as this is a brand new community. Guests will need to be patient during the work week. However, it is very peaceful and quiet on weekends.

The 5-acre pond next to the house is professionally managed and stocked with trophy bass. It is open for guests to fish and fish can be kept for cooking. Very small boats with electric motors are allowed in the pond. No gasoline powered vessels allowed.
There are canoes and a paddle board at the pond that belong to neighborhood association. They are available for everyore to use.
The land surrounding the cabin is common property. Guests can walk between homes to access the lake or pond and are free to roam any of the land respectfully.
The lake access has 12 first come, first serve boat slips. There are also a dozen + places to tie off a boat around a small peninsula. The lakeside common area offers a fire pit, picnic tables, a tire swing for jumping in the lake, and a greens area for games. There is also a boat ramp and staging area next to the slips.
